A senior consultant with MMC and assistant professor at the Department of Health Policy & Management, College of Public Services, Jackson State University. He has diverse expertise including health economics, health policy and administration, agricultural and socioeconomic research, applied statistics, rural sociology, demography, natural resource and environment, poverty and behavioral data analysis. He is highly skilled in mathematical programming, simulation models, statistical and econometric techniques, and categorical, limited dependent variable modeling, survival/hazard or event history analysis, and longitudinal data analysis.

He holds a PhD in Health Policy and Administration, and MA in Agricultural, Environmental and Regional Economics and Demography from Pennsylvania State University, USA 2007; MS in Agricultural Economics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA, 2000; PhD, and MS in Agricultural Economics from University of Ibadan, Nigeria, 1996, and 1988 respectively; and BS in Agriculture from University of Maiduguri, Nigeria, 1986.
